Day 95 of 100 Days of Painting

This was magic to me as a kid.

I come from a long line of women who made clothes, quilts, curtains and everything in between!

This antique children's hand crank Singer sewing machine, was pure magic to me! The ability to take little scraps of fabric and turn it into clothes for my dolls, a little blanket, a towel, an apron, really anything I could imagine!

I still sew to this day. After all, I do have 5 sewing machines!

The prompt for today was "quilt."
