Did you catch my mistake in the process video?
With all the hype around the eclipse, I thought I might as well get in on it! It was too cloudy here to see much, but here's my rendition!
As for my mistake, when I was pulling out some of the peach, as I shouldn't have followed the hills with the colour, I bruised the watercolour paper and more pigment seeped into it in those spots. This left little areas of a darker colour, which I decided to make the best of and turn into clouds! I added a bit of a nice burgundy I mixed and viola! No more random darker spots!
The prompt for today is "wreath."
