The prompt for today is "enchanted." I mulled this one over for quite a few days and went all over the place with what I would paint. I finally landed on something that I feel is one of the most enchanted places I could imagine.
When I was a kid and in my teens, I really wanted to go to college for graphic design and special effects for movies. It was an emerging thing at the time and I doubted myself as an artist, so I let fear keep me from pursuing that career path.
Over the years, though, I have followed the processes, technology, and the behind the scenes of so many movies. The first "Avatar" movie was bound breaking at the time, and I was completely awestruck by, not only the technology, artistry and imagination behind it, but the place of Pandora itself.
I can't help but wonder what the new Heavens and Earth will be like and how we will be allowed to create in it. The idea of being able to connect with all creation on such a deep level, I find, truly enchanting.
