Day 12 of 100 Days of Painting

Day 12 of 100 Days of Painting

With today's challenge and where I'm at with the Matt Tommey Mentoring program, I was thinking about the flow of art in my life, in the everyday, and how life keeps steaming by. Time marches on whether we like it or not, and every person has the same number of hours in the day. What will you do with your hours today as they flow? For me, I need to make sure I have the important stones placed in the river of life.

This painting took me about an hour. It's not the easiest thing to condense a 1 hour painting into 1 minute! It's also a technique I have really wanted to try for a while now , "finding the stones". It was very meditative and fun! I'm sure I will do another!

I've been asked how can I make my artistic practice work for me 🎨 and the prompt for today was "stream."
